Many of us like to write a story about our operation with our 3830 post,
especially if it is an expedition. I am certainly not going to do this
within an hour of a 48 hour contest. There is more to 3830 than just
scores.

As much as I would really like to see all scores (and comments) (for WRTC
and
non-WRTC scoring contests) posted by fellas within an hour of the contest
end
to 3830, I will not fool myself into thinking everyone will do that.
Not even MOST ops will post to 3830, thus, if the WRTC 2018 committee uses
3830
claims for tentative scoring, they will sadly be quite incomplete. Even one
top scoring op not posting will skew the results, so
what is the gain?
