[Amps] Unauthorized PayPal charges Beware

Beware of recent use of PayPal for charges you did not authorize.

NY Times and others have somehow sent to PayPal my faked authorization to put 
the business on RE OCCURRING charges to get you hooked for an immediate charge 
and then later charges to go on often until the end of time.
