Hello,
just now (15 UTC) the European CW fieldday started with significant
/p-activity esp. from Great Britain and Germany.
This is a WRTC 2018 qualification event
- because it is quite similar to WRTC operation (FD, 100 Watt, no cluster)
- but only for Germany because we can not guarantee the field checking
outside DL
However it is also an international contest, with DXCC per band (160 -
10) as multiplier and a higher
points for DX QSOs - therefore participants are happy to work any DX.
There is also significant low band activity.
If you have some time - please check the band for European /p-Stations
and call in. If possible
please sent your log via the DARC web upload:
http://www.darc.de/referate/dx/contest/fd/logupload/
Manfred, DK2OY, will provide an international listing as well as PDF
certificates.
The map: http://www.dxhf.darc.de/~fdcwlog/map.php
shows the /p-sites of the German stations. The special beach flags mark
the WRTC stations, i.e. stations with operators fighting for WRTC 2018
slots.
Have fun!
