[CQ-Contest] Spots, Lies and Audio Tapes - a proposal

As primarily a SOAB Unassisted 'just a boy and his radio' CW contester who
very seldom ever comments publicly, I've been keenly tuned in to the
goings-on here over the past few weeks.... Scott/W0DQ has bored through to
the core of the issue...  Finally, a bright light emerges!!!  Thank you!!!
