Your logging program only tells you that because you are somehow connected
to a 'QSO alerting assistance'.
The example below might prove you did not cheat, it does prove that somehow
you have put yourself in a 'risk situation'.
You need to check up-front about the weather, how well your (and only your)
signal goes out, what others think of it, which dx-pedition is on, what
propagation forecast tells you, etc etc etc....
UN -assisted means you should not be connected to any
website/packet/telephone/whatever outside alerting_informing source.
In fact your home should be totally disconnected from any outside media.
I have all connections to the outer world switched off. Not even my e-mail
is on during a non-assisted contest.
Don't go the route 'but if etc.. ' Prove by all means that this is totally
you alone doing all in a contest.
And be proud of it.

Hello Peter,

From the post Randy made a few days ago:
-------------
2. QSO alerting assistance: The use of any technology or other source
that provides call sign or multiplier identification along with
frequency information to the operator.
-------------
When my logging program tells me I have been spotted it provides me
two informations, my own callsign and the frequency I am running on.
My own callsign is not a workable callsign nor a workable multiplier
for me so I am confident I am not cheating if I claim Unassisted.
