[CQ-Contest] Way back - ARRL log format

In the beginning of electronics logs, even before Cabrillo, the ARRL had a
specification for electronic logs.  It was called something like ARRL
Format.  I couldn't find anything about it through a Google search (but that
may be because I am not sure what it was actually called).

 

Does anyone remember this log format?  Do you have any info on it?
