The North American QSO Party on RTTY will be Saturday Feb 22, 2014.
Party-time is 1800 UTC Saturday Feb 22 to 0600 UTC Sunday Feb 23.
California-time that's 10AM to 10PM PST on Saturday Feb 22.

The friendly exchange is a Name and State (or Province or Country).
Maximum power is 100 watts. Five bands 10m to 80m, and QSOs and
Multipliers count again on each band! Single operators can operate
up to 10 hours of the 12 hour period.
For fun with your friends, form a Team of two to five single-ops.

Practice is available the previous evening, Friday night Feb 21 at
10PM EST (UTC Time is Sat Feb 22 0300-0330Z) Use the bands that are
open for you and use the actual messages you will use in the contest.
After the contest, check your Cabrillo file for the proper categories,
as some program defaults may not be correct for you. The NAQP contests
are designed for participants to be either:
1. Single-op, Non-Assisted, and Low power; or
2. Multi-Operator Two-Transmitter, Assisted, and Low power.
You can upload your log on the NCJ's "Upload Logs" page, which does
some preliminary checks to help you get full credit for your efforts.
