Exactly how would one cheat by listening to this?

I am glad to see that most people have figured out if you have time to be listening to another stations feed you are losing.

I see no reason to burden anyone with some technology fix to delay his feed.

Lets encourage this and stop putting in roadblocks especially like a live feed that could be used to sell our contests.

In the long form answers, most felt if some delay was introduced it would not 
be an issue at all, but of course that introduces some challenges.
