THE IDEA
The first idea of the IG9Y expedition reaches back to November 2012, when
Romeo (S52RU) thought about a possible participation of a IG9Y team in CQ
WW SSB-2013 from the island of Lampedusa which is interesting because it is
counted as a separate country located in zone 33.
THE TEAM
Soon after the idea was posted on our website http://ig9.ii9p.com/, the
team was formed and the exchange of emails and phone numbers began. You can
