[CQ-Contest] Looking for KS4X email address

I am a JIDX contest chairman and looking for the KS4X 
email address.
He won the 2012 JIDX Phone contest Plaque and we tried 
to contact with him. But an email to the address 
(ks4x@bellsouth.net) on the log was returned.
