Think about it. As long as you don't violate your countries laws, you
can operate any contest without restraints.
just don't submit a score, or submit it as a 'checklog'. HIHI
This does have a benefit....for low power, too old to sit in a chair all
the contest, and just not that good an operator.
You may be able to give out a DXCC band-mode country/prefix/zone to
someone who needs it.
I'm betting though, not many of those running over the legal
limit....will refrain from submitting a score. :-(((
