Make it once a year and make the non-warc bands contest free that weekend.
Like me I am sure that many contesters don't have any warc antennas. A warc
contest would likely increase antenna sales. Why not have an antenna
manufacturer sponsor the contest or the awards. Once all these warc-less
antenna people put up warc antennas they will be more likely to get on the warc
bands all year long which will generate more activity. Remember use them or
lose them.
