Thanks for all the info. Looks like I'll have to rethink my plans :-) 73 Tom W7WHY I think to not be "commercial power", you can't recharge them during FD from 120 AC. Page 3 of the rules: "Except for Class D stations, the batteries must be charged from a power source other than commercial power mains." So I guess you would be class D. I'll be on with W5YD this weekend.
