The club has been 4A for years -- they probably don't want to change now.
Until this rule this year, it would not have been a no-brainer decision.
So, we will either change categories or coordinate the number of on-air
TX's (as N4OGA suggested), or I'll just not configure it.
It's still going to be a lot of fun -- as it always is.
