Yes, there are several. I had trouble getting several to work, usually
because of the required specific steps that perhaps I just didn't
understand.
The one that I use and works great (but is still a little arcane) is
adif2xls2adif_v0.96b.xls(.zip) by DL1HW. Once you find out exactly
what is wanted and how to go about it gives you what you want.
In fact, it will convert an .ADI file to .XLS, you then work on the
Excel file, then convert it back .XLS to .ADI. but you can just use the
one way.
There are many others by G4LMW, SP9AUV, and several of the QSL print
programs that will also do it.
