is where the moon was for me.
I did hear a w6 or wa6 YP station directly sending CW.

Anyhow, we have arranged a sked now with Paul, WA6PY tomorrow morning,
Thurday March 28th, 03:20z on 21070.
I will start to transmit towards moon (ca 245 degrees) at around 3 UTC.
From
03:20z will start calling WA6PY in 1 minute sequences (3:20...3:22...etc).
Anyone hearing the echos can also try to inform me over email, skype
(tonnoes5tv) or phone +372 56 800 447.
I see moon setting at the same time in UA1, UA3, UR, down to African
Eastern
coast to 5R.
The moonrise though occurs on West Coast (down to FO) so if we are lucky
west coast may copy me.
By all means there should be no direct propagation at this time of the
day.
So listen out for me on 21070 from 3 to 4 UTC tomorrow morning.

southern Italy to TY in Western Africa. Moonrise is happening from
Kamtchatka pensinsula through central Pacific to VP8H:)
