[CQ-Contest] I am going to work the HS0 multiplier on all band in all contests now

Since I know HS0ZCW is not going to send any logs in - I can feel free to
add his callsign to my contest logs willy nilly and not get caught.

PS: For those sarcastically challenged - my point is to demonstrate that
advertising that you are not going to send in logs creates its own mess -
possibly far worse than the one that motivated you to stop sending in logs.
