One often overlooked aspect is your glasses. If you need bifocals, you may be unconsciously tilting your head or adjusting your sitting position. I have a special pair of glasses with the reading prescription in the whole lens. And, I had the optometrist adjust the prescription to optimize it for monitor and transceiver depth.
