[CQ-Contest] Two more Contest Summary Apps

3830 Soapbox Summary app - read all the soapbox comments from the latest
tests on your Android.

NA Sprint App - I figure this is a pretty narrow audience but probably 
the most
competitive who wants to know how they did NOW! Supports all three modes
and both Winter and Fall editions.

Both Apps are for Android based devices and are on Google Play.

If you can't/won't use Play, the APK's are available for side-loading  
at
http://www.eskimo.com/~mwdink/AndroidSummaryApps/  but you'll
have to manually check for updates.
