With the amount of qrm on the bands I am surprised just how accurate the 
system is.
I can see K0 and K1 being easily confused by software. Interestingly I 
believe that at least two station need to receive the same data before 
hitting the RBN.  I could be wrong but I thought there was some checking 
going on.  I am sure Pete can help us here.
