I was expecting someone to point out the final truth about shooting fish in
the barrel.
It cannot be done.
Not even with aiming assistance.
Not even with assistance and an over powered rifle.
Not even with a shot gun.
Mythbusters tested it.
It is to be noted at least one of them is a ham operator, so the test
result is acceptable also on this forum.
