While I am S&P.. I give the other station, a solid listen for two exchanges.. 
IF he doesn't ID.. then he isn't worth my effort.IF he is someone I need... I 
don't know it.. and won't until he IDs and I'm not going to lose someone else 
because this guy is so selfish that he doesn't want to play fair.... This goes 
for me in the DX contests.. where they don't "NEED" me... and that's ok.. I 
don't "HAVE" to have them either.AND it also goes for SS or the ARRL160... and 
many others... To me.. the rules are that we are supposed to id at the end of 
each contact. OK.. stretch it... by ONE..... but NOT 15 minutes. Good Luck,
