[CQ-Contest] California QSO Party Extension

The California QSP Party (CQP) is extending the deadline for log submission.  
The new deadline is November 10.  This extension is a response to the problems 
created by Hurricane Sandy. Electronic logs are strongly encouraged.  Paper 
logs may be mailed to K6SRZ's QRZ.com address.  Complete rules and guidelines 
for submitting logs are found at www.cqp.org.
