And if someone did want to have a real certificate, maybe there is a way to
have the opportunity to pay a little amount of money (postage charges?) so
the still send you a certificate.
Even a little fee will make a separation between people who really want to
hang a certificate on the wall, and people who will do noting wit a
certificate.
