[RTTY] Expeds,DX, a Gripe !

Why oh why do some Expeds and DX park themselves
one or two khz up from the lower band edge and
proceed to call CQ UP, without a thought for any
other stations who are already ‘’Up’’ and working
but who are about to be swamped by the incoming
zoo !!

Calling CQ UP ten or fifteen khz up from the band
edge would  show that a little thought had been
given.
