Hotel reservations for Hamvention 2012 at the Crowne Plaza in downtown
Dayton will be opened up on June 20th, 2011 - which is next Monday (a week
from tomorrow). The reservation line will be open at 9 AM EDT on June 20.
Please do not call or try to book before this time as no reservations can be
taken early.
***We will post the specific reservation process (on-line web address and
the special number telephone number) next weekend on this reflector - so you
will have everything you need in plenty of time before the reservations are
opened up.
Note that there will be a special phone number used for the Hamvention
reservations at the Crowne Plaza - watch for email here next weekend. This
special number will give you access to the North Coast Contesters (NCC)
nightly rate during Hamvention - which is a nice savings from the standard
rack rate. No reservations will be taken until Monday morning at 9 AM EDT,
June 20, 2011 (not this Monday) - and must be made on the special phone line
and web address which will be emailed next weekend and posted on this
reflector.
***The special negotiated NCC rate is the same for a single or a double bed
room and it does not matter how many people are staying in the room - the
special NCC rate is the same - no club floor rooms are available.
The Crowne Plaza hotel is working close with NCC us to insure a good
experience for you during Hamvention 2012.
