The log deadline for CQ WPX SSB Contest is April 25. With over 4400 logs
received so far there are still more than 1400 callsigns that appeared more
than 100 times in the received logs! We would love to have everyone submit
their log to help with the log checking.
Can't remember if you submitted already? Check the logs received page at
http://www.cqwpx.com/logs_received_ssb.htm
Submitting your log is easy.
Instructions: http://www.cqwpx.com/logs.htm
Cabrillo format details: http://www.cqwpx.com/cabrillo.htm
Once you have your log in Cabrillo format,
1) go to http://www.cqwpx.com/logcheck/
2) select CQ WPX SSB
3) browse for your log and upload or simply copy/paste into the text box
4) click the process button.
Your log will be checked and any errors or warnings will be clearly shown.
You can make corrections directly on the web page. Once the log is ready,
you will have the chance to enter your email address and have it submitted
directly to the robot. That's it!!
Of course, you are welcome to dance with the robot directly by emailing your
log directly to ssb@cqwpx.com.
If your logging program only creates adif files, try the new adif file
converter at http://www.cqwpx.com/adif/
Another option for adif files is to use the excellent free LM software by
DL8WAA ( <http://contestsoftware.com/e/home.htm>
http://contestsoftware.com/e/home.htm).
LM is also a great way to type in your paper log and converted to Cabrillo
format.
As always, if you still need help, please send questions or your log
directly to me at k5zd@cqwpx.com.
Official high claimed scores will be released a few days after the log
deadline.
