Of course have comparisons of RBN-figures and given antenna infos be done
carefully. But when you have a "qrp"-station showing nearly the same
S/N-ratios over a longer time as a neighboring HP-station, antenna infos may
be at least enough for a yellow card (in terms of a quote from CQ like "log
seems incompatible with claimed category" about a DQ in WWDX).
If the judges are not sure or won´t go into a HFTA-comparison at least the
publication alone may be of interest and a potential deterrent. RDXC could
be the forerunner who already publishes the crucial operating time (which
makes much more of a difference than some degrees of hill slope) PLUS now
hardware-info like i.e. DARC does for its VHF-/UHF-contests:

We contesters like numbers - so why not have nearly all the necessary info
in the web results available - hardware plus op-time plus open logs - and be
it for comparison "only". The better if it prevents some cheating, too.

(calling even more CQ now with qrp, since the faithful Skimmer-/RBN-users
feel so forced to click on something appearing on a screen)
