I found I need to correct the previous post.
On low bands, there are some more higher portion shared with other
modes where RTTY is allowed.
Now correctly the JA RTTY (data) bands are:
3520 - 3530 plus 3599 - 3612
7025 - 7045 plus 7100 - 7200
though most people still tend to stick to the lower portion.
