[CQ-Contest] SAC Phone Contest Moves

The SAC Contests have been in place for many years as I remember entering 
the SAC in the 1960's.

I feel that moving the phone contest to October is a bad move.  Why did the 
other contest set up on the established SAC Phone (SSB) weekend?  Why did 
the SAC Committee feel that moving was the thing to do?   Moving sets a bad 
precedent!

Just my opinion.
