[ct-user] Correction to Super Check Partial Files, VER20100809 (09 Aug 2010)

A correction to the Super Check Partial database has been uploaded to the
website as a new release, VER20100809.  You can download the database files
from http://www.supercheckpartial.com

In the process of filtering out the WRTC competitor callsigns, I also
removed R3/ portable callsigns, which should not have been done (thanks,
Mats R3/SM6LRR).
