The PA QSO party and the organizers are a real class act. Congratulations to
Ve9CEH. Unfortunately the same can not be said about the folks who sponsor
the NJ QSO party. They are supposed to issue plaques for both the winners
in-State and Out of State. Unfortunately they are a fraud. They have not
distributed any plaques to the winners in at least the past two years. This
year, I urge the contesting community to boycott this qso Party. It is
usually on the same weekend as the NAQP-SSB test in August.
