With six sessions left in NSL-8 there's still time to fully qualify for
awards. Stations participating for five or more weeks will be entered into
a pool to determine awards, with extra chances to win from higher scores and
winning a division. This method for awards was used successfully in the
recently completed NSL-7, our first Winter Ladder, and in the Pileup
Competition at the Visalia convention.
Mike, W9RE's Slow NS (SNS) precedes the ns ladder by 30 minutes with reduced
operating speed of 18-26 wpm on 20, 40 and 80m.
