[RTTY] NAQP RTTY Practice

NCCC is sponsoring a practice for NAQP RTTY at 0230-0300z Saturday, 27
February (Friday evening NA time).  Make sure your station, and its
operator, is ready for NAQP RTTY from 1800z Saturday, 27 February to 0600z,
Sunday 28 February.  And, register your 5-station teams (SO only) prior to
the 1800Z start time.
