I'm not sure I know why you are asking these questions.
However, to make you feel better I will explain why I was
interested in a program to do this.
If I found that my log contained errors I would change
my category before sending in the log rather than waiting for
ARRL to change it and maybe they would also remove extra
points as a penalty which I could avoid....
