[CQ-Contest] Were we talking about rule changes?

I had planned to do a summary writeup of the feedback received on the WPX
rules changes, but fortunately for me, Cousin QRM, the very efficient
secretary of the LIDS society, has already published the full results on the
Fi-Ni Report.
