Oh, for sure.

A competitive M/S requires a few Run ops and can tolerate a few S&P  
ops (= a team with mixed capabilities, which offers a learning  
opportunity for the less skilled)

A M/2 requires Run ops only, especially in WPX. If you let the rookies  
to operate in M/2 you loose.

so the top dogs in current M/S should go to M/2 or they can simply  
claim SO, right ? The rest of M/S can downgrade to a grill&beer party  
with some radio.
