Nothing - That sounds legal to me.  But you could do nearly the same
thing if you have the cluster or skimmer.  With your two stations
watch all the bands on the cluster that the running station is not on
and decide where to go for 10 minutes.

There is.  It's called ARRL DX contest.  It really doesn't say "one
transceiver and nothing else" but it is one transmitter on the air at
a time with a 10 minute rule.

Now you're talking about making it fair.  Never happen.  And the
thread would beat to death longer than this one!

Maybe the CQ committee would consider:
M/S Limited - Maximum of two stations / transmitters, with one run,
one mult and a 10 minute rule.

MS Unlimited - As many stations / transmitters, but one run, one mult
on the air at a time and a 10 minute rule.

But that adds another class and more work for the log checkers /
committee.  Never happen.  Again, the thread would be beat to death
longer than this one.
