[CQ-Contest] Better idea for inspections

Why don't we just make it easier.  Attach a web linked vid camera in  
everyones shack, just to make certain the wattmeter shows the correct power, 
and  
a single op is a single op, and nobody is sneaking a peek at a spotting  
network.
 
Solves every major ill these days, right?
