What is the difference between a properly equipped M/S WITHOUT a 10 minute
rule and a Multi-2 ? The 10 minute rule is there for a reason.

In this day and age of spotting, maybe it is worth considering the issue of the
ten minute rule being out of date and just abolishing it. It does not increase
scores, but rather has the opposite effect. We should try to encourage more
QSOs for everybody rather then have a handicap. However, until it is abolished,
those that violate it should have to pay the penalty of their effort being
disqualified._______________________________________________CQ-Contest mailing
