Thanks to everyone who commented on the alternative Tables of 
Contents for the Contest Compendium.  There was no clear winner, so 
we have had a run at combining the best parts of the two into what 
you'll now find if you click on the Table of Contents link at 
<http://wiki.contesting.com>.  More comments welcome.

The next time you run into one of those questions about materials in 
electrical circuits (power or radio), where will you look for the 
definitive answer?  How about this manual, published by the Federal 
Government and heretofore available on an obscure Interior Department 
web site, now on the Contesting Compendium at
