OK, so a quick followup to my own post. Things changed since I played
with the web site last evening, and now I find that a call search from
the first URL _does_ give me a listing with the cert link. That was
quick, and well done!
For those who tried the link yesterday and didn't find it working, try
it again. You might have to use the refresh button, but the link is
definitely there.
