[CQ-Contest] Deadlines and Bonus Points

I am in favor of stiff deadlines. 



I am opposed to bonus points of any kind not related 

to multipliers , etc occuring within the contest period. 

I think the log checkers have enough work to do without 

adding what log gets extra points for being submitted by.... 

Are we going to handicap scores by QRN,etc? 

And everyone is not going to decide on 1 program... 

I would wager on that not happening... ever!
