I tend to be fairly lenient. Logs do get lost in both email and snail
mail, usually a couple every year. I'm not there to find excuses to
disqualify people. I just need a person to let me know, a reasonable
excuse, and I'll accept the late log.
There are limits however, and I have found that those who are
habitually late often do not appreciate the favor.
