Fair enough.
First, the task here isn't to "educate the masses". ("the masses", what a
patronizing term!)
The task is to clean up the act of a tiny, tiny minority.
And the solution is painfully obvious. Detect them (K1TTT knows how) and
identify them to the contest sponsor. Then the sponsor DQ's their log.
What could be simpler?
