No, this is what you call an "Oops" moment by yours truly. I wrote that in the
middle of the Sweepstakes frenzy, and simply wrote the wrong info. This one's
on me, folks.
W/VE stations should send their State or Province in the ARRL DX Contest, just
as they always have. No rule changes have been made.
