Version 4.19 is now on the web site. Found another bug in the #cqdx parsing
this morning when n6rt was putting in spots at the same time as dxs__, they
have slightly different formats so the fixes for one broke the other. I
think I now have it working for both, so if n6rt fallback comes on it should
keep working. NOTE, you ONLY need this one if you are worried about #cqdx
sucking.

Subject: WintelnetX update needed for #cqdx
Probably with the new dxsummit changeover the format of spots posted to
#cqdx mirc channel has changed slightly. This required an update to
wintelnetx to compensate. If you are using wintelnetx to suck spots from
#cqdx you need to download version 4.18 from
http://www.k1ttt.net/software.html#wintelnetx (updated source is also
available for anyone interested).
This also includes some recent changes to allow filtering -@ (dxsummit) and
-# (skimmer) spots and stripping those identifiers for loggers that don't
like them.
I have also included a single node plus skimmer example file for those who
want to merge the cluster spots with skimmer spots into their logger.
