Does this mean that every time you switch calls from a US call to a VE4 call
you need to go through Customs?

I was not aware that the software ignored the portion of the call after a
"/". How do you handle a mobile station in a state QSO Party?

It has already been done, although not from different countries, in CQ
160 CW. One year KH6DX/M signed SD/ND as his multiplier. I imagine
that Dave, K4JRB, could address how he handled that, but I know at
W8JI/W4AN multi op, it was our only ND QSO and we were thinking that it
would count for ND, although "claiming" as such would not be possible in
the Cabrillo format except to the extent that the supposed ND multiplier
was reflected in our claimed score. 73, John, K4BAI.
