As far as exchanges sent and logged... I have tried, but can't understand
why some feel they don't have to either follow the rules (or the norm).
People don't want organizations to over-regulate something... but come on.
There's real contesting software that wont send: SN Pr Call Ck Sec ?
I hoped we'd be on the upswing of prop by now so stuff like this might go away.
