There is only one awesome step left – PC robot automatically starting logical
CW transmission (not only CQ loop).
I’ve done that in 1991 and it quickly become boring. But it would be soon
interesting with thousand of participants worldwide.
G4BUO fear of extreme CW speeds occured on old HST competitions when
experienced contesters could only recognize pauses between 5 letters groups at
80 wpm. It is amazing what trainig can do to humans. Even make them listen to
two separate single tone CW strings for 48 hours ☺
